How to Open a WorldPantry Partner Account

Monday – Friday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm PT
Saturday – Sunday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PT
NOTE: Please have your Business License and/or Sales Tax Exemption Number available when calling.
- The minimum opening order amount is $50.
- The minimum reorder amount is $50.
- Mixed or split cases are not allowed.
- Backorders are not allowed.
For all orders, payment must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or DISCOVER).
Consumer coupons, discounts and/or other promotions cannot be applied to wholesale orders.
Freight and handling are F.O.B. Lemoyne, PA. Credit or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing goods reported within three days of receiving delivery. Our shipping provider reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to issuing a claim; please hold damaged goods for two weeks.
Approval is required for all returns. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any orders refused or returned without prior authorization.
